We are living in an era of a mixture of nutritional degradation of food ingredients due to environmental pollution, environmental hormones, toxins, and radioactive iodine. Having been exposed to these challenging environments, we also suffer from iodine deficiency for various reasons. When iodine is deficient, your body conditions deteriorate because iodine is a key factor in regulating your body's metabolism. Iodine deficiency can lead to decreased metabolic function, increased accumulation of toxins such as bromine and fluorine, and systemic abnormalities. These iodine deficiencies can alleviate many people's abnormal symptoms.

I felt skeptical about prescribing short-term symptom relief drugs, so I looked for ways to treat the cause. Thus,I began efforts to release books related to functional medicine, research on the development of health functional foods, and bring overseas functional medical tests to Korea. Functional medicine is an unfamiliar concept in Korea, so I am taking the lead in explaining this principle by opening a YouTube channel to let many people know.

A low-carb, high-fat diet is a diet that minimizes insulin stimulation by reducing the amount of carbohydrates and increasing the proportion of good fats, and supplies energy to the body with a ketone body. By treating insulin resistance, which is the root cause of obesity, and normalizing leptin hormones, we can support a healthy diet. In fact, I am also the person who lost more than 10kg through low-carbon diet and constant exercise.

Modern people are exposed to over-stressed environments. Excessive stress depletes vitamin C in the body. When animals are under stress, they produce vitamin C in the body. But human body cannot produce vitamin C, so supplementing vitamin C by food or IV is essential. Vitamin C has a strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect, which helps improve viral diseases such as colds and herpes, skin diseases such as atopy, and cancers.
