Chronic pain refers to pain lasting more than six months. Chronic pain that cannot be caught even after MRI and surgery, including various steroid injection treatments, prolotherapy, physical therapy, drug therapy, is a chronic disease itself. In the case of chronic pain, pain is caused by a different mechanism than acute pain. If you treat it through a functional medical approach that finds the roots of such a mechanism, you can experience a good treatment effect.

Dizziness, headaches and tinnitus are caused by a wide variety of causes, from serious brain diseases to small metabolic imbalances. Just because you have symptoms such as dizziness, headache and tinnitus does not mean that you have problems with your brain or ears. Rather, it is often caused by systemic or other causes, so treatment often does not work properly if you focus on the brain or ear. That's why functional medicine provides treatments by finding the underlying cause.

In general, rhinitis is treated with a lot of antihistamines and steroids. This treatment is also meaningful and has the effect of relieving symptoms, but it is not a fundamental treatment. Dysfunction of the non-mucosal membrane in the nose (mucosal dysfunction) is the cause of rhinitis, which is not just a problem with the nasal mucosa, but is often a result of systemic mucosal dysfunction. Functional medicine has excellent treatment results in improving these mucosal dysfunction.

We are a creature that can only live if it is supplied with the right nutrients and it is energized. Therefore, the functional importance of the stomach, the primary gateway responsible for nutrient supply and absorption, cannot be overemphasized. Maybe the majority of the diseases we have are due to an imbalance in gastrointestinal function. Functional medicine addresses this imbalance and corrects energy metabolism to provide fundamental treatments and to treat diseases and make people healthier.
